The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house is in great location of town, will return! Not impressed with Vacasa as a management group. Vacasa has tried to get us to use them for our own beach rental unit and we have refrained. Thankfully so, app is a great idea for renters but Vacasa is not always 24/7 as their site touts. I would not want my renters to have to use app and then WAIT for local manager to reply to Vacasa.
