Nearby, you'll be just steps from the Snowflake Lift and just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with shops, restaurants, and lots of family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, a dog park, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We have stayed there several times. I think since Vacasa took it over it has become overpriced and is being underserved. Our family stayed in two different units and the BEDS ARE TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. Every single one of them. We did not get daily maid service, only 1 bathroom in one of our units had a hair dryer and it did not work. I called for a new one and they said they would bring 2 up in 10 minutes. They never arrived. I had to specifically ask a housekeeper the next day for a hair dryer and she got me one. There is supposed to be 24 hour front desk service but twice when we tried to reach them they were not available. The fees really are pretty expensive and we are wondering what you get for them. It was steps from our favorite hiking trail (and a ski lift in the Winter), and walking distance from main street. The condo was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Parking spot is very close to the unit, and we had full access to the outdoor grills, pool and hot tub. The balcony is smaller than some other units and has a limited view, but we still really enjoyed sitting out there at all times of the day. ##### Matthew Z.
