Located in the heart of historic downtown, your family and friends are sure to have the time of their life. After a fun-filled day of endless adventures, relax in the family room that features a comfortable pullout sofa, a reclining chair, and an extra lounge area for 2\. Cozy up with your loved ones and cherish the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace while watching your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV as you unwind for the night. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen, where they can whip up a delicious homemade meal for your group. Keep the cook company with the 3 breakfast bar stools in the kitchen. Enjoy the dinner and exchange stories of your exciting day in the dining area, while enjoying the beautiful forest views through the patio door. There is a full-size bathroom, located between the kitchen and dining area, with a shower/tub combo for your group to share. Down the hall, you will see the second bedroom that has 2 queen-size beds, a twin-size pullout couch, and also includes similar amenities to the first bedroom. As you head up the stairs to the loft, you will see a twin-size bed with a trundle twin bed. The bedroom on this floor features a full over full-size bunk bed with a flat-screen TV. A washer and dryer are available for your washing needs on the main floor of the house, located next to the dining area. The Neighborhood: This condo has an amazing location right in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Situated south of Main Street, you are within walking distance of everything that Breckenridge has to offer. The Quicksilver chair lift within a 10-minute walk, and the Breck Connect Gondola only a 12-minute bus ride, will take you to your favorite ski resorts. The Breck Free Ride bus is a convenient option with the Mill Run bus stop on the Gray Route only a 4-minute walk from the condo. The hot tub and pool are shared with the condo complex.
