STUNNING VIEW Enjoy the fabulous view of the ski slopes right outside the condo window 1 BEDROOM / 1 FULL BATHROOM Elk Lodge is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 774 sq ft and sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include 2 queen beds, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. There is one full bathroom with a walk-in shower. WELL-APPOINTED FULL KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with bar stools, and everything you need for dining in and home-cooked meals DINING AREA The dining table seats 4 guests. There is a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen which seats three more. COZY LIVING AREA This condo has a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, HDTV, a comfortable leather queen sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs. WHY ELK LODGE? This charming condo is mountain modern and elk themed which earned it's nickname "Elk Lodge". GUEST AMENITIES! Beaver Run Resort offers many wonderful guest amenities. ONSITE PARKING Onsite surface lot parking is available with permit, and is offered upon booking. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET There is free wireless internet available in the condo. COMMUNITY WASHER & DRYER There is a community washer and dryer located at Beaver Run Resort. The washer and dryer are available for guest use via app and the ease of a simple credit card swipe. OUTDOOR FIRE PIT Guests may enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fire pit located at the lift side plaza area of Beaver Run Resort. TRASH ROOM There is a trash room conveniently located on every floor with a trash chute for convenient trash removal while staying. THE NATIONAL FOREST The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes. Easy access to lifts, rentals, and ski school. Restaurants, market with Starbucks, game room, indoor/outdoor pool hot tubs steam room and sauna were all used by our family with no issues. The room had a good view of mountain activity and lifts. Was clean and comfortable for our family of 6. ##### Nick P. My kids loved all the amenities (pool, hot tubs, arcade, ice cream, pizza) and we loved the ease of the ski in/ski out. Loved the space of the living area and the kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. Never had to leave. Would highly recommend. ##### Rebecca M. It was conveniently located and close to everything (slopes, downtown breck, bus stops). Rooms were clean and the condo had a well stocked kitchen. The convenience of having access to the ski locker for the week was a bonus. The property manager was also very responsive and accommodating. Our only complaint would have been the Wifi access and TV. The resort has a new provider and the access was very inconsistent. The provider is managed by the building so not within the property owners control and it was impacting all units not just ours. ##### Sarah P. You can’t beat the location- right off peak 8\. The only issue was the ceiling in the bathroom was falling in and outside the front door had a leak, causing pieces of the ceiling coming in. It was pretty gross outside. Despite the physical age of the property, we would still stay again. ##### Josh B. You can actually see the lift from your balcony. Was only about a 5 minute walk to the lift. Downtown is a little bit of a walk, about 15 minutes, but lots of stuff you want right around the resort. It was clean and has everything we needed. Great view of the slopes. The ski locker is small, but it did fit our six pairs of skis and poles, not boots. We turned the heat off, but the temp would not get below 72\. We had three adults and three kids, so it was tight. Easy to grab lunch at the place instead of spending $20 a person at the restaurants. The adults slept poorly, but our friends said it was probably bc of the oxygen levels. We would probably go back, if we visit Breckenridge again. ##### Kristen C.
