Enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. Hood and the Sandy River from your beautiful backyard. Nestled near Oxbow Park, you're just minutes from shops, restaurants, and outdoor adventures in the Columbia River Gorge and beyond. With the Portland airport only 25 minutes away, this cozy retreat is the perfect getaway! The space Our home is in a desirable, secluded, woodsy, private area of Gresham near Oxbow Park. This safe, tree-lined neighborhood is tucked away but just minutes from anything the traveler could need. The location of our home affords spectacular views overlooking the Sandy River and Mt. Hood. Your room has everything you need, including a sliding glass door facing a breathtaking view. Guest access As our guest, you will have access to the gardens, the patio, and the backyard, with a spectacular view of the Sandy River and Mt. Hood. Bring your wine and enjoy the beautiful grounds, Cooper and Maverick (our dogs), roaming hens, and scenic views from comfortable patio chairs or a swing on the patio. You cannot beat this view! Enjoy coffee and conversation with a cozy blanket on the patio in the morning before setting off on your adventure. We want you to know that smoking is prohibited anywhere on our property. Other things to note Welcome to our charming two-bedroom suite in the daylight basement of our home! Accessible via a flight of stairs, it features two living spaces, a full kitchen, a bathroom, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Shhhhh. Lovely Park-like Setting w/ Mtn View! Loved everything about this place. We are two couples that meet every quarter for an adventure. One thing we all agreed on - First Class accommodations even though there was only one bathroom. However...we all LOVED the shower...the towel warmer....the deck...sharp knives.....bids....and the VIEW was absolutely zen-like. Mt. Hood out the windows and the lovely Sandy River below. Oh...and their two dogs were so sweet and well behaved. And did I say that OxBow Park was a hop skip and a jump down the road. And did I say it was QUIET and Calm? A lovely retreat all in all.
