Perfectly suited to families, groups of friends, or multi-generational holidays, this stylish home blends comfort, beachside charm and modern convenience. Set within an enclosed plot with a private driveway, generous gardens, and an optional hot tub, it offers everything you need for a relaxing North Devon escape. The home is also dog-friendly, so your four-legged friends can join the adventure. LIVING AREAS The heart of the home is a light-filled open-plan living area with hardwood flooring and a welcoming, airy atmosphere. The lounge is furnished with two large, plush sofas and a soft armchair, creating a cosy space to unwind. A Smart TV with soundbar, pouffe stool, coffee tables, and a selection of books and board games provide entertainment for all ages. Sliding doors open out to the rear garden and terrace, seamlessly linking indoor and outdoor spaces. KITCHEN & DINING Sociable and modern, the raised kitchen area is designed for ease and enjoyment. It includes an electric oven and hob, double sink, 4-slice toaster, dishwasher, double-door Beko fridge/freezer with chilled water dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, microwave, spice rack, and ample crockery, glassware and utensils.
