With three inviting bedrooms, a decked terrace perched atop rolling hills, and a cosy inglenook fireplace, this dog-friendly retreat invites you and your loved ones to enjoy the very best of North Devon. Step into the cosy and characterful sitting room, where comfortable sofas invite you to sink in and unwind by the glow of the inglenook fireplace. Whether you're curling up with a book or enjoying a family movie night on the Smart television, this space is made for relaxation. Continue through to the charming kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare anything from lazy brunches to hearty family dinners, best enjoyed around the inviting dining table. A separate snug room offers a sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements on the ground floor and provides a perfect place to relax. The ground floor also features a handy utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a separate cloakroom with a WC. Upstairs, you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms.
