Inside, the barn has been stylishly decorated and furnished throughout, benefiting from oak and tile flooring, underfloor heating and exposed beams. Step from the private driveway, through stable doors, and into the spacious entrance hall, leading into the open-plan kitchen/dining area with a fully fitted kitchen, and a TV. Thoughtful design means there is plenty of space for preparing meals on the granite work surfaces to enjoy around the dining table or alfresco. The super-king-size bedroom with an additional day bed and a Smart TV is on the ground floor, as is a wet room with a Croyde-themed shower – handy for those who are less mobile on stairs. A stylish oak staircase leads from the kitchen/dining area up to the living room above. Countryside views and sea glimpses can be enjoyed from the comfy seating within or by opening the full-width, bi-fold doors and stepping out onto the south-facing patio – the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. There is a separate enclosed patio with steps down to the front of the barn/driveway. Situated in a peaceful countryside location between Croyde and Georgeham, this beautiful barn is close to many of North Devon’s most popular attractions. The beach at Croyde (1.5 miles) is world-renowned for its waves and also boasts a range of pubs and cafes, while Saunton (2.5 miles) and Woolacombe (4 miles) are also close by for days out on the coast. The large village of Braunton (4 miles) has a wider range of facilities including bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
