This detached house is quietly situated at the edge of the locality very close to the forest, on a side street with little traffic in the climatic spa town Hohegeiß.  
  
The large, furnished terrace provides a parasol and a Weber charcoal grill. The site is not fully fenced and the enormous lawn has ample space for playing and fun.  
  
The ground floor of around 55m² consists of a living room with a TV and sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining corner, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower and WC. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms each with a washbasin. The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed (140 x 200cm), a radio, a dresser and a wall cupboard, the second bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200cm), a flatscreen TV, a radio, two wall cupboards and two dressers. The third bedroom has two large single beds (90 x 200cm), a radio and a little TV. There are a washing machine and dryer in the cellar.  
  
The property is a good starting point for getting to the Brocken with the narrow gauge railway. The climatic spa town and winter sports resort of Braunlage is just 12km away and easy to get to by bus or car. In winter the illuminated cross-country skiing trail runs past the house about 100 metres away. The access to the Hohegeiß alpine ski centre is also nearby.

Ein traumhafter Ort zum Entspannen in idealer Lage …Das Haus hat Charme, zweifellos…Es wirkt größer als es ist, einige Bereiche waren verschlossen. Leider ist die Info zu Badezimmern völlig irreführend. Es gibt in jedem Zimmer im Obergeschoss ein Waschbecken und das als Badezimmer beschriebene Mini-„Bad“(WC und Dusche auf engstem Raum- eher eine Gästetoilette) im Erdgeschoss - würden wir nicht als solches bezeichnen; für 6 Personen sportlich…vor allem, wenn man nachts durchs Haus wandern muss.Waren 3 Nächte da und so war es auszuhalten, länger eher nicht mit dieser Sanitär-Ausstattung.Insgesamt war die Ausstattung des Hauses gut, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kissen in den Betten sahen etwas unhygienisch aus…WLAN war in der Beschreibung, funktionierte nicht…es soll wohl am Gewitter gelegen haben.Als Familie hatten wir eine schöne Zeit zusammen, vielleicht haben uns deshalb auch die Einschränkungen nicht so sehr den Aufenthalt verdorben.

#### Super schön...

Superschönes freistehendes über hundert Jahre altes Ferienhaus. Genug Platz für eine fünfköpfige Familie. Mit viel Charme und einer tollen passenden Einrichtung. Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz zum gemeinsamen Zusammensitzen. . Family time vom feinsten.
