« I booked a "Deluxe Suite" at this hotel. They put me in a substantially lower quality room (without mentioning the difference). When I went back to raise the issue with them, they said that due to a mistake, they had given my room to someone else. I told them that wasn't acceptable and booked another hotel through Orbitz. They then refused to refund my reservation, and Orbitz likewise refused to refund my reservation. So everyone should know that if the hotel doesn't deliver what it promised,...

« I’ve been staying at Park Hotel since 2007\. It’s a nice, cozy place, with excellent value for the money. Very quiet for being situated in the middle of the city. Nice surrounding park. Free private parking. It’s been constantly upgraded, but not really up to date. Breakfast is not included, it’s pricey and lacking. The restaurant menu is surprisingly poor. »

« Nous avons été très déçu de l’accueil… arrivé à 15h30 après 10 minutes d’attente nous sommes dans l’obligation de les appeler pour leur dire que nous sommes là. Déjà nous trouvons ça très boff, à 16h30 nous voulions leur demander de venir nettoyer la salle de bain car pleins pleins de cheveux dans la douche par terre etc et bien toujours personne a l’accueil et j’ai oublié de préciser qu’il ne parle pas 1 mot anglais seulement roumain… le monsieur nous explique lors de notre arrivée que le petit...

"Après plus de 70 nuits passées dans cet hôtel, je dois malheureusement constater que le service de chambre n’était pas à la hauteur cette fois-ci : la poubelle de la salle de bain n’a pas été vidée entre deux séjours, et la chambre a même été oubliée un jour. Dommage, car l’expérience a toujours été irréprochable jusqu’à présent."
