There was plenty of space inside to enjoy on rainy days, but the outside was a real bonus. The huge garden and fields around the property made you truly feel part of the country. The owners were really friendly and explained everything you needed to know at the beginning of your stay. Brantome was only a very short drive away and has some lovely restaurants along the river. The garden is delightful with plenty of room, shade or sun according to taste. The property was a little hard to find as the satnav took us into the village, but using Google maps we were able to find it. On nous a donné des tomates du jardin( super) et du vin de la région et des biscuits. La maison est située pas loin de Brantome, et il y a de bons chemins si vous aimez le vélo.
