Summary:  
Retreat to the green, tree-filled hills of Branson where you can quietly unwind and relax with a bustling entertainment scene including live music, theater shows, and theme parks just miles away.  
  
The Space:  
Designed to feel like your home away from home, Retreat at Par Lane is newly renovated, meticulously kept, and nothing short of a serene getaway. From your private oasis, explore the many surrounding attractions like Silver Dollar City, a 61-acre amusement park, which is a quick 5 minutes away.  
  
The interior of this home is bright and modern, with furnishings that are both inviting and functional. The open concept space features comfortable seating arranged around a cozy electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day out, or enjoying a night in with movies on the large screen smart tv. Between the formal dining table with seating for 4 and the breakfast bar with additional seating for 2, there’s plenty of room for meals enjoyed at home. The spacious kitchen with its wide countertops and standard appliances also includes a toaster, coffee machine, blender, and crock pot for your convenience. Head through the back door to enjoy a covered patio with views of the expansive, green landscape. There’s no better place to start the day with your morning coffee, share a meal, or unwind after a day of adventure.  
  
This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.  
  
Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and smart tv.  
  
Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and direct access to the back patio.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
\- As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and can not waive it.  
\- Steps required to access unit. No elevator.  
\- On day of arrival all guests will have to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.  
\-A queen size sleeper sofa is provided in the living area.  
\-The home has a second full bathroom off the living space.  
\-Washer and dryer in unit.  
\-2 parking spaces available.  
\- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  
\- With over four decades of show business under their belts, they will have you and your family at the edge of your seats! Stage performance is their specialty, with tight harmonies, cutting edge technology, and explosive energy, they deliver an entertainment experience you should not miss! Four award-winning shows take to the stage. They have it all! Country, Oldies, Pop, Broadway and Gospel . . . . something for every family member to enjoy!

Retreat at Par Lane is located in StoneBridge Resort, a 3200-acre private golf community offering swimming pools, playgrounds, tennis courts, walking trails, a catch and release lake, basketball court, volleyball court, and an onsite restaurant. In addition to the many resort amenities just outside your door, you’ll be 20 minutes from Table Rock Lake where you can enjoy world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and an inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.  
  
This ideal location puts you within 12 miles of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.  
  
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
