Summary: Welcome to the Sanctuary at Stonebridge! A newly upgraded home with mountain views and a short 5-minute drive to Silver Dollar City. We are so happy to host you for an amazing vacation! This stunning 5 bedroom home has a closet large enough to make a "6TH BEDROOM" and has been REDECORATED with added UPGRADES!! It is located in the beautiful gated community of STONEBRIDGE VILLAGE, only 1 block from the POOL and only 5 minutes to SILVER DOLLAR CITY!! The Space: Walking into the living room you will be greeted by 14 foot ceilings, plush leather couches, and a large, flat-screen TV! The living room opens into the dining room and kitchen featuring gorgeous granite counter tops! The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and small appliances you would need to cook up your favorite dishes! We also have a REGULAR COFFEE POT as well as a KEURIG for your convenience! Head on out to the SCREENED-IN BACK DECK to enjoy the outdoors and soak in the view! The MASTER bedroom is off of the living room featuring it's own access to the back deck and a PRIVATE ENSUITE BATHROOM. The master bathroom has 2 sinks to spread out, a walk-in shower, and a large jetted tub to soak your worries away! The main level also has 2 more bedrooms, one with a QUEEN BED and one with a KING BED, and both with their own flat screen TVs! A bathroom is right between their doors with lots of extra towels and a tub/shower combo! The stairs in the living room will lead you down to the SECOND LIVING ROOM with lots of space. Spend the evening with family and friends enjoying a game of 8-ball on the 9 foot POOL TABLE while the big game plays on the 55" flat screen TV! The back patio offers those visiting another outdoor location to relax on a cool evening and SOAK IN THE OZARKS! Past the second living room on the lower level is another spare bedroom with a KING SIZE BED in an extra large bedroom with plenty of room for a pack-n-play or pallets for the little ones! The last bedroom is also on the lower level featuring 2 FULL SIZED BEDS, flat screen TV, and has a BONUS extra large CLOSET BEDROOM with 2 BUNK BEDS! The last bathroom is in the hallway between the bedrooms on the lower level, also with a tub/shower combo and enough towels for everyone! Then the garage has been converted into a GAME ROOM, perfect for lots of fun and entertainment at home! It features a ping pong table, couches, and FULL SIZE ARCADE GAME for the kids or for the kid in all of us!! We would be so EXCITED TO HAVE YOU all for your next vacation! Close enough to grab your towels (bring your own pool towels) and walk on over! The beautiful pool (open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend) is the perfect spot to cool off in the summer or lounge with your favorite book in one of the pool-side chairs! A short 5 minute drive away is the large pond, Forest Lake, in the StoneBridge community. It offers catch and release fishing, so just bring your poles! (no fishing license required) Several of the other StoneBridge amenities are in this same location including a large zero-entry pool overlooking Forrest Lake. It is open seasonally, Memorial Day to Labor Day, just bring your pool towels! There is also a sand volleyball court, half basketball court, playground, and walking trail around Forest Lake! You will also have access to the clubhouse which includes 3 tennis courts, a fitness center, and another outdoor pool (also open seasonally). You can set up a tee time to play a round at LedgeStone’s golf course (for a fee) or enjoy dinner out at the LedgeStone Bar and Grill. BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE! Indian Pointe Marina is just 15 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! The State Park Marina is only 20 minutes away and would be another great option! If you are bringing a boat with you, both marinas are available for you to set up plans for easy storage! NEED OTHER HOMES?!? We have several other cabins also in the Stonebridge community ready to help you accommodate whatever your needs may be! We have everything from 1 bedrooms cabins up to 7 bedroom cabins! Just let us know what else you are looking for! Getting Around: Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is conveniently located just one mile from the StoneBridge Village entrance! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! With Indian Point Marina only 15 minutes from the cabin, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! We had plenty of room for our group of 8\. Most supplies were provided with the exception of coffee filters. There were a few very minor maintenance issues that didn’t impact our stay but should be addressed. (The storm door was broken and a sink was clogged.) I did let property manager know. I forgot to mention to the manager that one of the arcade games is limited to 1 player because the controls don’t work for player 2\. Overall we would stay here again. ##### Lisa C. This property was great in terms of size and layout for our group, which included 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 2-9). The screened-in porch was a favorite amongst the adults, and I think the kids could have spent the entire time in the garage game room or downstairs on the giant sectional. My only recommendation would be to take an extra bath towel or two with you. Since we were able to do laundry here, that was very helpful! But it still would have been nice to have a few extra towels. Aside from that, I can't think of anything we "needed" that wasn't available. As far as location, we really like the Stonebridge area! It is away from major hustle and bustle, but still close to what we needed - like Dollar General for quick grocery runs, Ozark Mountain Pizza and Pop's Smoke Shack (both delicious!), and Silver Dollar City. Do keep in mind that Stonebridge is BIG, so getting to the bigger pools will require a drive, but we didn't mind that. Overall, I would recommend this for group stays! ##### Traci S. We had 9 people ranging from ages 12 to 73\. Plenty of bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms. Lots of seating areas and eating areas.The kids (and adults) loved the game room and pool table. We all enjoyed sitting in the screened porches. Many of the bedrooms are spread out and made it easy for those with later bed times to not disturb those who went to bed early. The kitchen is stocked with enough pans and utensils for cooking, and more than enough dishes, silverware and cups for all of us.I highly recommend!!! ##### Dawn J.
