Summary: Nestled among the nature of the Ozarks, Midnight Oasis is a dreamy retreat with gorgeous interior design and calm nature surroundings. The Space: The home’s consistently charming design includes elements of natural wood textures, soft colors, and brass fixtures throughout. It’s cozy enough to feel like home, and idyllic enough to feel like a true getaway. The home is located in Notch Estates, a private community with hiking trails, swimming pools, grill stations, a 5-acre lake, and more. Nearby attraction Silver Dollar City is just a quick 5 minutes away. As you enter the home’s main living space, choose from statement armchairs or the large couch facing a smart tv and get comfy. A small formal dining space is just beyond with seating for 2\. Additional seating for 4 is more casually situated at the kitchen counter. Make use of the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances when preparing food at home and enjoy the home’s dedicated coffee bar. Sliding glass doors lead you onto the private balcony with tree-filled views, string lighting, and plenty of outdoor seating. The home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area, all with luxurious linens and plush pillows for sound sleep and sweet dreams. Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and ample counter space. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, tv, and small seating area. THINGS TO NOTE: \- The home has an additional shared bathroom with walk-in shower. \- A queen size sleeper sofa is available in the living area. \- This is a walk down unit. \- Washer and dryer in unit. \- 2 parking spaces provided. \- Steps. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley. Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. The only thing keeping me from giving this place 5 stars is just the small little fixes needed from the obvious frequent use of this lovely apartment. We lamented not bringing our tool kit, as we would have happily fixed a few of the simple tasks, like a loose screw here and there, etc. That and the bleach stains on a few of the rugs/linens, which i can understand at the frequent washings. This place just needs a tiny bit of TLC to be back to 5 stars in no time! It's truly a great spot very close to the park and in a very quiet neighborhood! It had just what we needed for a week long stay and it was so wonderful to step out in the porch and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. Also, a bonus was to see the wonderful fireworks nights going off from SDC. Both regular coffee pot and a Keurig coffee makers are available with foldgers coffee and coffee filters available. Plenty of cooking utensils and dishes available. No sharp knives. While this place has step-in showers in both bathrooms, be aware there are no safety bars available for anyone that might be handicapped, or even a little unsteady on their feet. (I brought suction cup handles but the tile design in both baths prohibit them from sticking to the wall.) Only has one small table for dining at unless you want to sit on bar stools at the kitchen bar. It Does have a regular size table and chairs on the patio outside. Furniture all sits a little low for anyone who has trouble getting out of low seating chairs. While the front bedroom has a small piece of furniture that you can set a suitcase on, the main bedroom doesn't have anything to set suitcases on, but it does have a nice big closet. Front bedroom only has a small closet with no bar to hang clothes from. (A tension bar would probably work fine) General: Not specific for renting this condo, things to bring; couple of extension cords/power strips, Kleenex, laundry soap, AAA/AA batteries (for TV remote) ##### Steve B. After a long drive we entered the condo to lights on, the air conditioning running and soft music playing on the TV. It was very welcoming.The condo had everything we needed for the week long stay and was comfortable. My kids took advantage of the pool and playground right across from the condo. I misplaced my email for instructions when checking out and texted the manager. I was met with a quick response and a new email was sent to me.
