The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental is 1.5 miles from Silver Dollar City. Spend the day at Indian Point on Table Rock Lake only 5 minutes away. Boat rentals available, or bring your own! Boat parking available. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals, along with a Keurig coffee maker. Kitchen table seats 6\. Master bedroom has a king bed and on-suite bathroom. Guest room has queen bed and twin bunkbeds, perfect for kids bunkroom. Living room includes a sofa sleeper. Condo has 3 televisions and in-condo Washer and Dryer! Condo is next to one of the two pools in the complex. Back deck overlooks the beautiful Ozark mountains, a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal or evening coffee. Shopping, restaurants, Branson Landing and all the Branson shows just 15 minutes away. This was something new with 4 of our 6 grandkids that came for their first time. We have stayed at Notch Estates with Friends for about 5 years now & we at least come twice a year, in Spring & Fall. The kitchen has everything you would need to make a meal and the space is very comfortable. Our kids are getting older and we don't take for granted the time we can spend with them making memories. That might change after this trip. This condo is perfect location. Less than 5 minutes from SDC. Far enough away from Branson to avoid all the traffic but less than 15 from anything of interest. I woke up each morning and had coffee on the balcony overlooking the water and mountains in the background. Just breathtaking.
