At Woodlands Getaway, a modern 3-bedroom condo advantageously sandwiched between the city and Table Rock Lake, you couldn’t be better positioned to be able to see and do everything on your bucket list. Perched up high on a hill north of the city, the home’s community provides panoramic scenic views day and night of the surrounding Ozark Mountains and illuminating lights of the city. When it’s time to venture out, the breathtaking lake, Silver Dollar City, the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, the eclectic downtown area, and so many more exciting attractions are all within just a short drive away. Spend a leisurely afternoon or two lounging by community outdoor swimming pool, taking breaks from the heat with a refreshing swim. With a wide variety of restaurants to choose from in just about any direction, you can happily leave the cooking and cleaning to someone else for a change! The adults in your group can even schedule their own time away with an outing sampling the area’s finest vintage at the Lindwedel Winery, less than 5 minutes away. Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This condo is a ground-level unit, requiring 17 steps leading down to the entrance. • Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. • Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. • The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes. • The home is not pet friendly. • Washer and dryer in home. • The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. Plenty of room, clean. The main reason I chose this condo was for the kids room with bunk bed, teepee, etc for my son. Upon arriving, the teepee was broken as was another small child's furniture. However, they were very quick to fix it, within less than 24 hours, and our stay was smooth otherwise. Wish it would've been set up when we got there, as my son was wanting to play with it first thing, but again, it was fixed, so after the first day, it was complete. No issues with neighbors, and felt plenty safe there. Slight noise from upstairs, but nothing disruptive. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again if needing somewhere to stay in Branson area. ##### Sam K. Unfortunately the bunk bed was a bit wobbly and the pull out couch was terribly uncomfortable. There are also missing things from the walls (which wasn’t a big deal). The floor really was not clean. We all had dirt covered socks and feet. In addition, the building wreaks of marijuana. Thankfully, the smell did not get into where we were staying. ##### Rebekah H. Very disappointed in its cleanliness. We ended up spending 200 in bedding and cleaning products because the bedding was gross and the location wasn't clean. Is a community location so entrance and main halls are shared by 6 others and was so filthy i didnt want to roll my suitcases through it. Not to mention one of the neighbors was smoking pot the whole weekend so it stunk. I requested a new unit but since it was 4th of July weekend they didnt have any available. We were just going to eat the price and get a hotel but those were all booked out too, which is why we ended up buying all new bedding with protectors and cleaning supplies. Wouldnt recommend at all. One plus on their part was they did refund my cleaning fee but thats it. ##### tasha c. We would have complained about the constant stomping and noise from our ceiling, but were afraid that it wouldn't be taken very well and would have started an incident.
