Three private bedrooms with a fourth open sleeping loft, comfortable for a max 10 adults with one fold out twin ottoman, two pack-and-plays and two sleep-n-go mats available with linens for Littles. Twelve max occupancy. Summer picks up with lake activity. Can accommodate smaller trucks/boat, launch ramp \~1 mile away. Get your boat and/or slip rented from Indian Point Marina or Port of Kimberling Marina. Your wooded retreat is located on the point at the mouth of Little North Indian Creek, a popular summer area. Trails around the cove for nature hikes and shoreline fishing. Half acre highly desirable flat lot (very rare for lakefront) allows for family fun. This ideally located retreat is reconfigured with vacationing families in mind. This beauty is located in a wooded waterfront setting with close walking to water. Always a great stay at Robin’s place. We had our whole family here from 10 months to 63 years old and the house is well equipped for all ages - including a pack n play, high chair and stair gate. It was tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood on a lovely lakeside property yet still was close to grocery stores, Silver Dollar city, and other attractions. It offered a perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The home was both beautiful and amazingly well-equipped. Every time we thought that we forgot to pack something, we would look around and find that Robin had already foreseen the need and the item was stocked in a logical location. Robin was communicative and helpful from booking to checkout. Everyone in our group would highly recommended this home for families seeking comfort and convenience in Branson. The "pebble beach" area was great for enjoying the lake and the location of the house was perfect to enjoy some of the options in Branson, Branson West, and boat rentals at Kimberly City.
