The Space: An ideal spot for visitors who are eager to take on the challenge of the course, you’ll also be centrally located to explore all the excitement the picturesque Ozarks have to offer. Relax out on the shaded balcony facing the sweeping views of the course, with an outdoor café table with seating for 4\. Plus, as a guest of Holiday Hills, you’ll have full use of resort amenities such as sports courts and a seasonal outdoor pool. Inside the condo, the open layout creates a seamless flow between each space, keeping you and your guests connected while allowing for private moments when needed. The living room is furnished with ample sofa and recliner seating proving a relaxing space for reading, watching TV, or just some casual conversation. Steps away, you can easily whip up entire meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all standard appliances, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware. I was apprehensive about it at first due to the location, but really liked this property. Despite how it may look on Google Maps, it is very close to everything you will want to access in Branson without the hustle and bustle. The property itself is clean, spacious and has everything needed to support your visit. The unit is located close to two outdoor pools, a community center, tennis courts and overlooks the golf course and ponds. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the birds in the morning! There were just some janky things about it like almost all of the doors wouldn’t close fully unless you lifted up the door along with it. One of the outlet plates was cracked 3 ways. The blanket basket in front of it was falling apart and shedding wicker. There are also no vents in the front bedroom for heat to come in. The air conditioning unit in there lets in cold air from outside too. There was a loose piece of quarter round trim that came off and had a 2 inch nail sticking out from it. That being said, there were some good amenities like board games, crayons, a pack and play and an air mattress but was also lacking in others like we had less than a roll of paper towels available to us for 3 days. The kitchen had a good variety of pots and pans although could use a cookie sheet of some kind. All in all, it was decent and not the worst.
