The Space: Any closer and you'd be on a boat! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom lakefront condo is set right in the heart of Branson. Features galore, including open floor plan, granite countertops, all stainless-steel appliances, modern fixtures, washer/dryer, fireplace, and large covered deck with breathtaking lake and Ozark Mountain views. Briarwood on Lake Taneycomo condos offer meticulous detail to quality craftsmanship inside and out with amazing panoramic lake views all year long. Conveniently located near downtown Branson, near the famous Branson Landing. Briarwood On Lake Taneycomo amenities include easy lake access, infinity swimming pool, and pavilion. Curl up in front of the fireplace or relax on the deck to enjoy stunning lake views with family and friends. Inside, the living room boasts a TV equipped with cable and deck access. A cozy bay window with bench seating overlooks the peaceful lake. The home features a full kitchen with everything you might need to whip up meals from home, including a blender, toaster, and coffee maker, all available for your convenience. There is plenty of room to entertain and mingle with guests who can either sit in the 6 barstools at the sprawling kitchen island or in the separate dining area at a table that seats 4. The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 spacious bedrooms and the sofa in the living room, which converts into a queen-sized bed. Each room is furnished with crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay. \- Bedroom #1 is decked out with a king-size bed, TV, and en-suite. The en-suite offers a stand-up shower and features a jetted tub, perfect for a little bit of relaxation time after a fun-filled day on the lake. \- Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a king-size bed and TV. There is a 2nd hall bathroom with direct access to this bedroom as well. THINGS TO NOTE: \- This is a 2nd-floor, walk-up unit with 16 stair steps to reach the entrance. Great beds, bedding, bathrooms, kitchen and living space. It has a beautiful view but the glass was really dirty as was the patio. The lucky first two out to the patio got comfy chairs. The rest of us had to sit on tall chairs around a tall table. Not ideal. We would definitely stay again but a property sign sure would be nice. This condo is simply beautiful with nothing lacking. We were there over a busy, Labor Day weekend, and the noise level was still just great. The balcony, overlooking the pool and lake was the perfect spot for us to end our days. The bed was super comfortable. The bathrooms, roomy and beautiful. While we didn't really use it, the kitchen was also very well appointed and large. The location was ideal - not right in the midst of all of the busy-ness of Branson, but if you want to get to it, you are within a mile or so. I could go on and on, but I think saying it was everything we needed and our favorite VRBO type place we've ever stayed sums it all up. We enjoyed the view as we relaxed in the condo. The area has new construction which could be a deterrent for some, but it didn’t bother us much. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The view of the river is really incredible . Please beware it is a total construction zone! It shocked us when we drove up and we were really upset but it was late so we went in, thankfully it was surprising quiet. The construction noise didn't start until around 8:00 am and it wasn't anything like we feared. We were gone all day and the crews were gone when we returned. It ended up not being a problem at all.
