Every one of the home’s 10 bedrooms has a private bath and a king-size bed (+ sofa beds in some), making Skye Retreat feel like your own private mini-hotel. Right down to the hotel-quality bed sheets and towels and high-end MLily mattresses. We designed Skye Retreat for big, ever-growing families—like our own expanding clan of 6 kids and 3 grandkids. Skye sleeps 32, all in king beds or high-quality sofa beds. A feature we appreciate, as big kids ourselves, is the spiral chute slide that leads from the upper to lower deck. (We recommend the indoor stairs if you have a drink in your hand! 😅) Kids can happily retreat to the family room to play pool or watch a movie on the flat-screen. The lake-view hot tub on the deck is a hit with everyone. The entire main floor is accessible for wheelchairs, including 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that have transfer showers with seats. Both the heated indoor pool and the outdoor swimming pool are a quick walk from the front door, plus the outdoor pool has a nice water slide, shaded tables, and a view of the lake. The kiddo's playground is next to the outdoor pool. The path to the lake is at the bottom corner of the neighborhood. The trailhead is a little steep, but then it's an easy downhill trek to a quiet cove you may splash, wade, and fish in. You could not be in a more perfect spot for your vacation! Not at Skye Retreat. From the moment we booked (almost a year before our stay), communication with our hosts was stellar and our anticipation was through the roof. When we entered, hot and tired, the home was clean, bright, refreshingly cool, and every amenity was thoughtfully provided. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed with appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. Everything was plentiful and of good quality. (We've stayed in other large rentals before where this wasn't the case, and appreciate how great it was at Skye!) There were loads of games and activities for all ages and plenty of space to spread out, relax, and enjoy each other's company. The location of the home is convenient to local attractions without being amidst the chaos, and the house and community was so nice, it made us almost not want to venture out. But we did follow some of the recommendations of our gracious hosts and so glad we did! This was our first time ever visiting Branson, and should we ever do so again, we will definitely book with Branson Family!!! They were the absolute best. Easily a 5 star property. ##### kristen W. Séjour de 4 nuits en août 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Karen C., New Market, MD 26 juin 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Perfect for Large Families Brilliantly designed with 10 Master King suites, Skye Retreat allowed our family of 25 (parents, five children and their spouses, and 9 grandchildren) to stay together and have our private spaces at the same time. All the bedrooms were large with ensuite bathrooms. The beds were solid and the bedding great. We all slept so well. The kitchen is where we spent most of our time. Three huge solid wood tables easily sit 30 for meals and are perfect for family gametime. It is very rare to find a home set up to handle our intense family theme dinner competitions. Skye Retreat’s kitchen was perfectly appointed with two of everything. (That deserves to be repeated – 2 oven/stove combos, 2 griddles, 2 refrigerators, 2 toasters, and, our favorite, 2 dishwashers!) The house is excellent for all ages. Our guests ranged in age from 6 months to 83\. The jury is still out on the unique slide from the top deck to the bottom deck. It was a big hit for the grandchildren but we couldn’t keep them off it. We ended up posting adults at the top and bottom to keep closing the doors after the kids ran through. Outside spaces were also a big hit. Morning coffee and after-dinner drinks on the deck overlooking Table Rock Lake will be missed. Both pool options were great and an easy walk. The owners and Branson Family Retreat team were easy to work with and responded quickly for the few minor things we needed. The only thing we struggled with was getting TVs to work and we will be the first to admit it might be user error. Show recommendation: We loved the Branson Family Murder Mystery dinner theater. My family met up for a birthday celebration. This house has 10 master bedrooms each with king size bed and private bathroom.
