No stairs! Family-friendly! Want to feel safe while traveling. Our hangout is the perfect place. This beautiful 2-bedroom / 2 bath walk-in (no stairs) is a generous 1239 square foot condominium that is directly across from the activity center. Walk less than two minutes to outdoor pool and tennis courts. Some amenities may not be available at all times. Inquire with owner for details. Newly remodeled with fresh paint, flooring and fixtures throughout. The spacious living area has brand new furniture including a premium sleeper sofa. Relax and enjoy the flat screen /smart TV with cable or a movie on the DVD player. A lovely kitchen table is the perfect place for making memories. We have some games and a deck of cards to share. Additional games and family friendly movies are available to check out across the driveway at the activity center too. Any time of day is perfect for enjoying the balcony. We love to watch the golfers on the perfectly groomed golf course and the ducks on the beautiful ponds. The view is amazing from the living room and the master suite. The kitchen just received beautiful granite counter tops and is stocked with everything you should need to prepare a quick snack or a complete meal. Tableware and service, cookware, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot and more are available for your use! SunFest Market is just minutes from our front door and has a lovely selection of fresh produce and a deli as well as Krispy Kreme Donuts, our favorite! If you'd prefer... visit the Clubhouse snack bar or the restaurant Grille on The Greens located on the property by the golf pro shop. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with a Sealy mattress. The view from this room is just beautiful. It also has a full, private bath with a brand new custom tile walk-in shower, flat screen /smart TV and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom also includes a full private bath, pillow-top queen size bed. It also has its own flat screen/smart TV. This location, nestled quietly off of East Highway 76 on 450 acres in the heart of the Ozark Mountains, is ideally situated away from city traffic, but close to Branson’s famous Highway 76 Strip (10 min away) with entertainment, museums, and fantastic restaurants. The condo is located approximately 20 minutes from Silver Dollar City, and only 5 minutes from Bass Pro and Branson Landing's shopping and dining. Holiday Hills is also near Kanakuk Kamp , School of the Ozarks and Branson Convention Center. Discover waterfront activities, dining, entertainment, and meeting space along beautiful Lake Taneycomo. If you'd like, take in a round of golf at Holiday Hills. Hang out at the activity center with pool tables, ping pong, arcade games and snack bar with daily specials (this is fun for the kids rain or shine). Communication with the owner, Jason, was excellent. The location is perfect. It's away from the noise, traffic, and crowds, but is convenient to anything you want to do. It had all one needs to be home away from home including all kitchen needs for cooking and eating, with spacious, open areas. My husband and I are golfers and the back balcony (with seating) faces greens and tee boxes for two holes. We had our coffee watching them play every morning! Also has a workout room and pool just across the street. Also has an awesome walk in large shower with bench and rainfall shower head, as well as, the hand held sprayer. Loved! Its a 2 bed/2 bath condo and even though the master has two sinks with that huge shower we do better with two bathrooms. It was an awesome condo and highly recommend! The owners were very kind and responsive all the way through, even though not really needed because they had instructions for everything at your fingertips! Would love to stay there again! The big thing for us was the fact that it was a gated community, although no covered parking we felt it secure. Parking was also level enough to easily park the bikes ##### randal h. Most of us stayed at this complex. Our stay was pleasant, everything we needed beyond what we brought was at there or a quick drive to it. Smooth check in and stay with no issues. The kids loved the pool, the fishing ponds, and the recreation center. Liked that we were able to cook meals there instead of eating out the entire trip. The property was extremely clean and smelled great. They had comfortable furniture with an amazing view of the golf course. We had a minor issue with the shower and the host fixed the problem immediately and was always extremely responsive. They also thought of all of the little things you may need on your stay and were sure to have them ready to use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend. ##### Christy C. This is my favorite condo in Branson, and always will be! It feels like my home away from home. From the condo itself being absolutely beautiful and spacious, to the breathtaking views of the golf course and water, and the super convenient location, what’s not to love!? I do not have one negative thing to say about this condo. It was clean and decorated nicely. The beds were very comfortable. It met all of our needs! The large master bathroom worked out perfectly for several women getting ready in the morning. It was a close drive to the landing, which worked out great for our conference.The host was wonderful to answer questions quickly and even gave detailed instructions to help with the check-in process. He also gave recommendations for stores and restaurants that were near by. We would definitely stay in this unit again when we visit Branson!! ##### Lisa C. Super appreciated that the supplies for coffee with sugar and creamer were there for us as, might be a VRBO first. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and soap. Main bedroom mattress was not comfy. Pool doesn’t open until late May unlike other Branson condos we’ve stayed in. All said this condo exceeded expectations and we would certainly stay there again . ##### Elizabeth H.
