The tiles on the floor were missing grout and were loose, the microwave handle was broken, the fridge leaked water on the inside so everything got wet, the water pressure in the shower was low and the jet tube dripped water constantly. The carpet was soiled by the tiled area and there was obvious wear on the furniture and faucets. The amenities are a bare minimum - minimal decorating, no throw blanket, no games/movies, no guest book, etc. The greatest concern we had was the space between the carpet and tile that went around the kitchen area and hot tub. The level of the tile was higher than the level of the carpet and had a metal trim separating the two - which was loose in some areas. Numerous times we stubbed our toe when walking across this area which was painful and caused a significant bruise on my toe. The refrigerator had continual water collecting on the top shelf. Wouldn’t be the best cabin for kids, the “tub” was in the main room, there was no privacy only one room for the kitchen, dinning room, living room and bedroom.
