And sure enough the burner was hot as hell, but none of the knives were turned on that’s a huge problem and we were not aware of that. No one told us that there was a malfunction with the stove. We figured it out The hard way with my kid getting his fingers burnt. Not cool at all will not be traveling back to that resort! Y’all better be careful and check your stoves and make sure y’all don’t have the same problem we did!! ##### aubrie C. The beds were comfortable but the frames were squeaky. My biggest issue was with the stove, it wouldn't work at first & then I realized that the breaker was turned off and thought it was a bit strange but didn't think much of it. I cooked breakfast and afterwards, my 10-year-old was helping me clean up and the stove burned two of her fingers. That's when I realized why the breaker was turned off. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy Branson life. Everything was clean and pretty and I loved the touch of the basket of blankets in the living room to get cozy. It made me feel at home. I was disappointed that the jacuzzi tub didn’t work since it was one of the main things that led me to choose this rental. The iron also didn’t work and a burner on the stove wouldn’t heat up as well. Other than that it was a great place. I would go back again. We arrived late around 9pm. The first guest room had 1 hair in the bed, but the master bed was FULL of hairs. The more and more we moved the sheets back the more we found, most just laying on top. We immediately looked for extra sheets to no avail. We called the after hour support and were told they would contact the property management. 2 more phone calls and an hour later we heard back. This man was extremely nice and apologetic about the situation. At this point it was 11pm and all stores were closed. He was able to get ahold of a house keeper who brought us sheets for the master about 11:30 with a rather rude attitude, but it was late. The house keeper blamed the hair on the material of the sheets, and the ones she brought had hairs on them too, but were easily removed as WE put new sheets on. I would probably stay here again IF they could have the rooms FULLY cleaned. ##### Taylor S. It was our family. 2 adults and our children. This was overall a great experience. No issues checking in or out. Clean place. It is nothing fancy or newly updated. But it was perfect and comfortable. We spent most of our time out doing activities. But it feels very safe and in a nice golf course. Only change I would make is having a gate pass for the guard shack closet to condo instead of gate code. We met the guards and they allowed us to go that way.
