 \- Please ensure all remotes are left at the property. A $25 fee will be charged for any missing remotes after your stay.

 \- The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and must be present throughout the stay. No reservations will be accepted for guests under the age of 21.

 \- Excessive Cleaning: A fee may be charged if the property requires cleaning beyond normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to:

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The space was spacious enough to fit our whole family of 10 comfortably! Everything was well stocked and kid friendly. Would love to come again sometime!
