While there are a few other houses on the property, always felt very private. We really enjoyed the pool table in the basement and were able to use the hot tub a few times. With the staircases, it was not baby friendly (we had 2 ten month olds that can crawl) but it was a great place to relax and eat and shower after Sight and Sound and Sliver Dollar City and Escape Code.
