It was literally 100 degrees outside, and our access code would not work. Called for help. All the help agent knew was the code that did not work. Finally after 20 minutes of melting in 100 dehree heat they gave the help agent the override code and we got in. WHY DID THEY NOT HAVE THAT INFORMATION FROM THE BEGINNING. Then they could have helped us. And once we talked with a supervisor — they knew the access code wasn’t working —. BUT HE FAILED TO EMAIL US AND LET US KNOW !!!! The floors leave black on your feet immediately after walking on them. When you step in the shower you put footprints from the floor. The rugs could have been cleaner as well. Also, the water pressure is definitely low but probably just the entire property. The light over the table doesn't work but the fan does. I also suggest a ceiling fan for the bedroom would be a huge help for circulation. We kept 2 floor fans going the entire stay to keep the bedroom from being too warm. We live here in Branson and wanted to have a little get away together with just the two of us. The only thing that would have made it better and more comfortable, would've been curtains on the windows, and better water pressure in the shower. The light shining in at 7 a.m woke us up. Loved the updates done in here. 10/10 on the updates. The faux fireplace is an excellent idea and we enjoyed it a lot. It was very clean. The location looked a bit sketchy but, it was actually very quiet. All in all, we enjoyed our weekend here. I'd maybe also recommend letting guests check in earlier than 4 pm. Some people like to begin their days off or vacation earlier than 4 pm. :) Other than that, great job and thank you for having us! ##### Kayla H.
