This condo was beautiful and very nicely furnished. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The location is perfect for anything you might want to do or see in Branson. The only reason I gave it only a 4 star review for cleanliness is because even though everything looked clean, our 10 month old grandson’s hands and feet were black within minutes of crawling around. I think the floors were not actually cleaned, possibly just vacuumed. There was no actual mop or hardwood floor cleaner on site so I went and bought items to actually clean the floors. After I cleaned the floors he didn’t get black crawling around on them. That was our only negative experience. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this location to everyone! The unit is roomy and nicely furnished; I really appreciated the recliner, lol! Towels were plentiful and soft, the kitchen was well equipped, and the washer and dryer in the unit were a plus! The clubhouse has an indoor and separate outdoor pool, as well as an indoor hot tub. I admit the hot tub was a little iffy on getting in and out but wasn't a big issue unless you have mobility issues. Again, the clubhouse was clean and well kept up. The balcony was roomy and a great breakfast location! The location of the unit is so close to the Branson Strip that the traffic is not an issue, but close enough that we were only minutes from any attraction we wanted to visit and only about 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City (barring rush hour traffic). I really appreciated the no-hassle check-in. The host provided a door code via text, so we didn't have to check in at a separate location, and it didn't matter what time we arrived. 100%, I would stay here again! ##### Sherry W. The unit is on the 2nd floor, so there are stairs. The pools/clubhouse are super close, just a 2-3 minute walk and were not super crowded anytime we went. You can see the clubhouse from the balcony. The unit was super comfy and had all the amenities we could have asked for. We didn't have any issues and the host answered any questions we had. This is the perfect place to stay, and is located on the Yellow Route. Close enough to all the major attractions, with little traffic. You can avoid most of 76 traffic by using the back way.
