This was first time in this condo. Inside was clean and well decorated however furniture was not comfortable. (Husband and I are both in our 70s) A recliner or easy chair would have been nice. The balcony at first looked like a good place to read and relax but all the furniture was filthy. Tons of cobwebs and insect droppings. I realize that this unit is in a wooded and lakeside setting with lots of insects but cleaning of the balcony and balcony furniture had not been done in a long time. If you’re going to charge for cleaning make sure it’s clean for the next guest. Comfortable furniture is a must. We still had a nice vacation and will visit the area again. ##### Connie P.
