Condo is very clean, in a very good location for easy access to every attraction, and has a great view of Branson sunrise! All beds are cloud soft and have adjustable backs to sit the mattresses up. 1st floor, down stairs, but this means kids wont disturb neighbors if they get rowdy. Huge plus for our family. Plenty of blankets throughout to stay warm, additional heater/fireplace in the living room was a huge hit with the wife, makeup wipes in the bathrooms available, and extra pillows in each closet. This place was fully loaded with everything you need. Condo entrance off the main road is easy to miss, be ready for a sharp turn in, and a steep grade slope going down, but it puts you in such a great view spot, it's worth it. Condo was populated with mostly tourist, not too many locals living there from what we could tell, clean area, felt safe. ##### Jeremy G. Loved the view. Would stay again. There were a couple items to be noted though. The ceiling fans had thick layers of dust that flew off when turned on. The kitchen had no real cooking utensils.
