As you step inside, the modern kitchen welcomes you with sleek countertops, crisp white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, creating a bright and stylish space to prepare meals. Whether you're brewing your morning coffee with the drip coffee maker or enjoying a quick bite at the bar table for two, every detail is designed for convenience and comfort. Moving into the living room, you’ll find a warm and inviting space centered around a cozy fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Sink into the comfortable armchair or stretch out on the futon, where you can stream your favorite shows on the smart TV or gather around for a fun-filled game night with the provided board and card games. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a full size futon (great for kids) in the living room.   
  
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and deck access.   
  
This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.   
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
• A parking pass is required and is obtained upon arrival. Guests must visit the resort’s fitness center front desk to pick up the pass. A $30 fee, payable to the resort at the time of arrival, covers the cost of the parking pass and provides access to the community pool.  
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.  
• This home is a second-floor walkup unit, with 16 steps required.  
• Please note that this home does not provide laundry facilities.  
• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This enviable location places you within minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

This was an amazing place to stay. Super clean and looks awesome inside. I had a small issue at 9pm and they had it resolved in less than 5 min. Close to everything you need to enjoy your stay and the access and parking is great! Highly recommend!
