This place fit the bill. The pictures are accurate, everything was immaculately clean and it was the best stocked place we have stayed in. I reported some florescent lights that were going out and they were replaced within a couple of hours. Great response and communication with the host. We highly recommend this property. ##### Ted A. Nice location near the clubhouse and pool. Easy to check in and out. Nice off the back deck. I used to own a 1BR condo at Pointe Royale. Great grounds and service all the way around ##### Shawn P. The condo is nice and the neighborhood is great too. The only suggestions we had are that the king size bed really needs to be replaced. It left us in pain. Also, we could not use the toaster without setting off the smoke alarm so maybe the alarm just needs to be moved a little further from the kitchen. Also the door between the bathroom and the washer/dryer room will not shut fully because of the location of the washer/dryer combo. This made it awkward for the person in the bathroom without full privacy. My suggestion would be a folding door or pocket door. ##### Christie S. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have some extras lihe games, an umbrella, and smart tvs in 2 rooms. The kitchen was adequate but the cookware was pretty slim and difficult to prepare full meals with. Several small mantienece issues, but overall a very nice place. We loved the location with thr pond out back and the pool so close. ##### Katie W.
