We had to switch our dates due to our daughter getting sick. The host was gracious enough to refund us most of our original stay, even though we were told we would get a FULL refund. The subsequent dates were more expensive, so between not getting a full refund and having to pay more, the stay for two nights ended up being quite a bit more. I would have never originally paid that, but we wanted to rebook with the owner who kindly partially refunded us on short notice. One of the pull out beds had to be pulled out by maintenance because we couldn’t get it out on our own and didn’t want to risk breaking anything. The check in process was LONG and we had resort employees making multiple attempts to get us to rebook with the resort throughout our stay. Overall, it was a good (but pricey) experience for a weekend stay.
