The cozy living room is furnished for just that, with timeless, plush couches and a large smart tv. Tuck in by the electric fireplace for a relaxed movie night, or get busy in the fully equipped kitchen to prepare a delicious dinner at home. The beautiful kitchen features stainless steel appliances, barstool seating, cookware, and coffee maker for your convenience. Share meals and quality time around the dining table set for 6.



This home sleeps up to 11 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.



- Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed and smart tv.

- Bedroom #2 is a bunk bed room with 4 twin-size beds, plus 1 twin-size trundle.

- Bedroom #3 is the primary suite with a king-size bed, deck access, gorgeous lake views, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This unit is a walk-up unit with 36 stair steps to reach the entrance. An elevator is available for guest convenience.

- Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- The community outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.



This ideal location puts you within 10 minutes from downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.



Additionally, you’ll be staying 15-20 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.
