There were great amenities like the hot tub, Blackstone Grill, rooftop view, and swimming pool that made this a great week. This location is close to all that Branson has to offer. Everything was as advertised from the wonderful rooftop views,to the hot tub and fire pit on the main level. We had eight 17 and 18 yr olds and the game table and golden tee were perfect entertainment. The lake is a short walk away with an area to rent a slip from which was quite convenient. The house was well stocked with dishes, cookware & paper products. We had to call the property management the day we arrived because of an issue. Our stay started off poorly only because the house was not clean when we arrived. I asked the manager for the location of a vacuum so I could clean up the obvious messes that were missed by their cleaners. Hopefully our experience was just an anomaly and not the norm for their cleaning company. For the price paid, I expected a clean home. ##### A B. We loved going down to the lake with the kids and skipping rocks. The property was very clean and well stocked and perfect for a large group. They had everything we needed to make large meals. They thought of it all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was extremely responsive with questions and communication—even after hours! We were disappointed that the game table and one of the arcade machines did not work during our stay. There was also some wear and tear on the furniture and walls from previous guests, but these were minor things compared to all of the parts we enjoyed. We would definitely book for another stay. The only suggestion would be to add lights to the top deck for night time hosting. The stair railing was very safe, but there were no lights which made it unsafe to navigate and we didn’t feel it would be safe to be on the deck with the children during this time. Jun 2, 2025 #### Absolutely fabulous♥️♥️ This property had everything you would need and more. Very spacious. There were 6 adults and 3 kids on this trip. Grandkids loved, loved the bunk bed room. Well stocked kitchen. The Blackstone was perfect for cooking. Lit the fire pit in the evenings. Enjoyed the jacuzzi. Oh, and the roof top sun deck was totally amazing sitting up there and watching the sun go down. So relaxing and breathtaking. I really can’t say enough good things about this property and the location to all things Branson.
