Positioned just off the lush greens of the Holiday Hills golf course, this idyllic accommodation is ideal for visitors eager to take on the challenge of the course, as well as those who simply want to take advantage of its picturesque beauty, deep in the Ozarks. The Space: You can relax on the shaded balcony with sweeping views and cozy outdoor seating, plus you’ll have use of resort amenities like sports courts and a seasonal outdoor pool. Every square inch of this condo has been maximized to provide the most relaxing stay possible, starting with the open and airy layout that creates an organic flow between each distinct space. The living area is well furnished with ample seating for everyone to spread out and tuck in for a movie on the smart tv. Steps away, you can easily whip up entire meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and cookware. Create special memories around the dining table with seating for 6, the perfect spot for family-style meals in the comfort of your own space. This home sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms. \- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. \- Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: \- This is a walk-up unit requiring the use of stairs (32 steps no elevator). \- 2 unassigned parking spaces are provided. \- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. \- Washer and dryer in unit. \- Not pet friendly \- Indoor pool is not available for guest use. The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA.
