If you’re bringing your clubs along, you’re already aware of the variety of surrounding championship golf courses to choose from, beginning with the namesake Point Royale Golf Club just steps from your front door.



Only 2 miles from the home is impressive Table Rock Lake where you can explore the pristine waters with a leisurely boat ride or try your hand at watersports amid the tranquil surroundings. Branson's entertainment scene is legendary, offering a diverse array of shows and performances to suit every taste. Experience the magic of live theater at renowned venues like The Branson Landing or the iconic Sight & Sound Theatres. Indulge in a shopping spree at eclectic boutiques, outlet malls, and specialty stores, offering everything from artisanal crafts to designer labels, afterward satisfying your cravings with a meal at one of Branson's many restaurants, serving up an array of cuisines ranging from homestyle comfort food to gourmet delights.

The chic dining table seats 2 for all meals large or light, keeping the picturesque views of the outdoors front and center. Speaking of the outdoors, there’s no better place for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail than out on the balcony, overlooking the tranquility of the golf course and immersing you in the fresh Ozark air. This condo is merely steps away from the clubhouse and all its amenities.



This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious queen-size bed fitted with soft blankets and crisp linens for a great night’s sleep, along with a TV. The full bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a 1st floor walk-down unit with 16 steps required.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate when checking in.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, communal hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



Less than 10 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.



This enviable location also puts you within 20 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
