Near Aquarium at the Boardwalk! Summary: Welcome to the Foothills! The new condo building is located in the heart of Branson, just minutes from Branson's famous HWY 76 strip! The location is wonderful for all the fun Branson adventures that you will want to experience! Once inside the condo you will feel right at home with the high end furniture pieces, clean new building, and stocked cabinets! The Space: There is a full set of stairs up to the front door of the condo. But then once inside, everything is on the same level! MAIN LEVEL \- Living room \- Balcony \- Kitchen and dining \- Washer and dryer \- Bedroom 1 with KING BED and attached bathroom \- Bedroom 2 with TWO QUEEN BEDS and attached bathroom \- Bedroom 3 with TWO TWIN BEDS and hallway bathroom Guest Access: The entire condo will be yours! You will also have access to the resort's amenities, which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool! The outdoor pool is only open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, but both pools are just two parking lots over, so within walking distance! Also there's a sauna in the clubhouse! The Neighborhood: Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 4 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Titanic, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!
