The view was as pictured "BEAUTIFUL!" We all enjoyed the game room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed snacks, coffee, creamer, tea, sweetners, movies books the owners thought of it all. TV"s all worked in all the rooms. We had two families, nine people total. Plenty of space for the adults and kids to spread out. The boys really enjoyed playing games in the game room. We like to cook so the adults enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. The place was clean and conveniently located so just A few short minutes every time we got out. At the end of the trip I asked one of the young boys how his spring break was and he said “10 out of 10, would recommend!”…I would tend to agree. Hosts were a pleasure to work with, great communication and they stocked the condo with a lot of little amenities that helped a lot. Things like extra tooth brushes, q-tips, soaps, paper towels, laundry items, sugar and sweeteners, coffee…all the cooking utensils you could need. Seriously bring clothes, deodorant and tooth paste and you’re good to go :) Location is a smidge outside town but view from back patio shows much of the city. Branson is a nice town with a lot to do. The condo was maybe just a few minutes up the hill from a variety of restaurants and attractions- yes uber and door dash will deliver also. The condo is almost new and they’re building more down the street but construction noise is very minimal and only during daylight hours. Beds are comfy, TV’s and kitchen appliances work well and met all needs. Plenty of space for my family of 6\. I’d rent again if traveling to the area. ##### Phillip R.
