Step inside your condo and take in the warm, inviting living space. The cozy couch and two armchairs surround a smart TV, perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day of adventure. Slide open the glass doors and step onto your private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee or evening wine while soaking in serene water views. In the kitchen, sleek black countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers make it easy to whip up meals or your favorite brews. Gather around the dining table for six to share meals, laughs, and memories.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.  
  
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.  
  
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:  
• Please note that this home does not offer laundry facilities.  
• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot on a first come, first served basis.  
• Parking passes are required and can be obtained upon arrival. Guests must visit the resort’s fitness center front desk to pick up the passes. A $30 fee, payable to the resort at the time of arrival, covers the cost of the parking passes and provides access to the community pool.  
• This home is a main-level walk-in unit with 2 steps required.  
• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.  
• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.  
• Please note that this home has a sister unit, Creek View Near the Landing. Larger parties are encouraged to book the combined listing composed of both condos, Creekside Duo Near the Landing, to grant access to both.  
• Portable crib provided.  
  
This enviable location places you within minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
