This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and a full size futon in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and deck access. This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Please note that this home does not offer laundry facilities. • Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot on a first come, first served basis. • Parking passes are required and can be obtained upon arrival. Guests must visit the resort’s fitness center front desk to pick up the passes. A $30 fee, payable to the resort at the time of arrival, covers the cost of the parking passes and provides access to the community pool. • This home is a third-floor walkup unit with 12 steps required. • This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. • The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes. • Please note that this home has a sister unit, Creekside Near the Landing.
