The large windows are perfect for the fantastic lake view from the main living and dining area as well as the master bedroom. The open living space includes the kitchen and dining area. There is a clear view of the main channel and dam, and I enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the lake activities. The A/C is good and cold, and kept us comfortable. The ice maker in the fridge worked great! The beds were comfortable. The only negatives were that the pans in the cabinet were dirty, and we couldn’t use them to make breakfast. And, everything is pretty old and dated. Very old carpet, old lighting fixtures, and some of the window blinds need to be replaced as they are unusable. Could use a major renovation, or at least some painting, new carpet and blinds, etc. Aside from the previously mentioned pans, the unit was very clean. Overall, it met our needs, and I would stay again. ##### Jay N. The place was clean and well kept and the grounds are very well kept and beautiful. They must do a great job of positively reacting to feedback from customers because we were not asked to turn the hot water heater off and there was bar soap for us. The condo was spacious and clean and in a great location which is close to everything. I would recommend and would rent again. Only two things would have improved our stay. The first is the owners ask renters to turn off the water heater when you leave. So when new renters arrive there is no hot water. We discovered this when we went to take a shower. It is noted in the owners condo book, but it would have been nice if there would have been a big notification sign on the water heater door. Also there was no bar soap.
