No stairs required and also has a wheelchair ramp if needed. Unit features new furnishings, paint, cabinets, flooring, and much more. The bedroom has a cozy king bed complete with linens, bedding and blanket. The bathroom is fully equipped with a hair dryer, towels shampoos and soaps. Condo also offers essential amenities such as high speed WiFi, cable and streaming availability. Sep 22, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy We had an excellent stay at the condo. It was very clean and everything was provided for enjoyable vacation. There was a nice area for my dogs to go outside and do their business. The location was great. Everything that we wanted to do was within 15 minutes from the condo. When we go back to Branson we will definitely stay here again. I had to call the property manager one time when I first got there about the lock. He was very helpful. He resolved the issue right away. I don't have anything bad to say about this property. It was terrific. I will highly recommend it to all of my family and friends. This condo was in a perfect location for us because it was only a few min walk to the Fall Creak Marina where we were able to keep our boat for the weekend. It was also 18 min to SDC. The condo itself was perfect with a great stocked kitchen, full size soaps and hair products, plenty of toilet paper and towels. The bed was comfortable. They even left a surprise for our kids! Jun 30, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Quiet Retreat The condo was in a good location, was as listed, was quiet and we felt it was a safe neighborhood. Loved the cleanliness and finishes in the unit. We had a some trouble locating the unit, so we ended up phoning the owner, who was very nice and patient with us as we navigated the neighborhood. When we arrived, found there were two units listed on the address. So I tried one, which I was able to get into because the woman inside had failed to lock her door! She was very kind, though, and I was able to enter the unit next door, which we had actually rented. I’m sure it was an oversight, but was a little disconcerting. Would have given 5 stars but for this incident, and the fact we were supplied with less than half a roll of toilet paper. Everything Everything in the kitchen was well-stocked for our needs, and we had a good night’s sleep. We would definitely book this little gem again! ##### Angie T. Although you are not waterfront with water view, it is easy to get to. We were very pleased with the unit. One note: If you are traveling with children, the dining room table is glass and the coffee table is too. Great patio, watched deer the 1st night. Close to town also. Highly recommend ##### Char M.
