Small but clean and adequate for a short vacation. The location was a bit hard as the GPS couldn't find it so we asked a local resident for directions. Overall I'd give it a 5 except the rentals in Branson seem to be going up and we use to get more for less $$.

We loved that there was a large open green space in backyard area that was perfect for letting pets out. The condo fit our needs for 2 adults & 2 kids & 2 dogs. The pull out bed is a firm futon. Only for 2 small kids. Mine are 4 & 6. Anyone older it would be too short. The location was nice as you could walk to Lake Taneycomo and explore that area. Now for the cons, it wasn’t super clean. The floor was dirty in places & on the back of the toilet seat it was dirty. Needed to be bleached. The queen size bed in bedroom was not good. It was the bounciest bed we have ever been on. Like when my husband turned over it made me violently bounce. Or when my dog was on bed and panting it shook the whole bed. It made sleeping not great. That is the only reason why I would not book this place again. The bed made us toss and turn all night and not get good sleep. Otherwise the place is very convenient for dogs and good location in town. Upgrade the mattress to foam or something not bouncy and we’ll be back.

Pro-the room was very nice and spacious, in a great location Cons-there was no information in the room to tell you what you were supposed to do upon check out. This is a pet friendly rental and we love our furry friends but the rental could have been cleaner. There was dog hair on the couch cushions *The biggest con here is that you do not have access to the same amenities as the rest of Falls Creek. You DO NOT have access to the pool/hot tub, etc. and you can’t even purchase access. I contacted Vacasa once we realized that and attempted to purchase an amenities pass. They said it wasn’t possible since the condo owner wasn’t grandfathered in. So basically your surrounded by all of these fun (and normally free if your renting from the falls) things to do…and you can’t use them….under any circumstance. I definitely would not recommend taking kids to this location bc they want the pool/hot tub, etc. and there is no way for you to access them. I would have rented elsewhere and paid a little more had I know you could not get access (even by purchasing a pass) to these amenities.

The condo had everything we needed and was clean. The only negatives which were minimal are the pillows were super flat and the comforter was too small and kept sliding off the bed.

The area and size of rental property was perfect. The accuracy of what was in the unit was not. The floors left our bare feet and/or sock’s literally black. Outlets weren’t working. No pot holders or kitchen towels. Porch light not working. When trying to wash towels (due to only 4 wash cloths) whenever you pulled the knob out to set washer the entire pain el would fall out. No hair dryer even though it was stated one was in the unit. Overall very disappointed.

The unit was fairly clean and met all of our needs while staying. Everyone was very friendly and we loved they we got to bring our two fur babies. The unit had a funky smell when you walked in. I would recommend replacing the rug in the living room. The bed was comfortable and sofa bed was comfortable for our teenage son. Check in and out was super easy. We had a wonderful time!

It was a nice condo; clean and well equipped. The walls are thin, we could hear everything around us. Pleasantly surprised to find a cot in the closet, just could not find linens for it. Overall a good experience.
