What we liked: Nice view of golf course, plenty of parking, safe surroundings, quiet (except for upstairs neighbors), and ground level entrance. Negatives: Condo is quite dated (kitchen & bathroom in need of major updates). Balcony provided a lovely, quiet place to watch golfers and the ducks, who visit often. Unfortunately, balcony was covered in spider webs, and needed a thorough cleaning and spraying! CHECK IN: We have stayed at Pointe Royale many times. Never before have we had to check in at another location prior to obtaining our entry code and pass to get inside the Pointe Royale gate house entrance. This unit is managed by a third party who requires you check in at their management site. They will also repeatedly try to contact you re: ticket sales, etc. so be warned. For this reason, we would not book this unit again.

#### Thousand Hills Check-in Process not customer friendly

I asked if I could check-in early because condo was ready. Thousand Hills still wanted to charge an extra fee for an early arrival even though the condo was ready. This "Nickle and diming" customers with extra fees is very frustrating. Frustrating experience.

Check-in was in separate location from neighborhood - the gate keeper did not honor or recognize the parking pass from check-in. Small amounts of shampoo and body wash. Had to change out coffee pot due to calcium deposits - that was done with no problem. Recommend to bring own coffee and filters if staying more than 2 nights.

#### Clean but dated property

We enjoyed our stay but it really is time for this unit to be updated. Some of the furniture is quite old, and the appliances and the tile floor are about 15-20 years old. At almost $250/night the owners need to think about keeping up with the other units in this complex. Our friends stayed in a nearby unit that has been beautifully upgraded and the price per night was actually lower than what we paid. One more thing to note is that the king-size bed is comfortable, but movement by one person is immediately transferred to the other size of the bed, so the motion isolation is poor. That could be important to some thinking about staying here.

#### Retirement vacation

Everything as advertised. Loved sitting on the deck watching golfers in the morning and beautiful sunsets and fireflies in the evening. Very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Away from all the traffic in Branson, but close enough to get to quickly. Check in staff was very helpful and personable.
