This lovely, expansive property, located in the highly sought after Linden Shores area, was made for gracious living and entertaining. NEW in 2024- all of our guests may have use of Owengo Beach Club- just 1.5 miles away offering a large beach, panoramic ocean front grounds and playscape, full food and beverage and so much more! The house is complete with second floor master suite with vaulted ceiling, direct water views, and deck along with 3 additional bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (2 with jacuzzi tubs), 2 half baths, open concept living room - kitchen space with fireplace, and much more! This home boasts of panoramic water views, captivating sunsets, and the salty long island sound breeze while enjoying the downstairs patio and gracious lawn. Enjoy rights to a small private beach. Just minutes to Stony Creek, the Thimble Island cruises, and the many excellent Branford restaurants and shops.

Welcoming summer paradise
We loved everything about this property and the neighborhood AND the neighbors! There was a wedding next door upon our arrival date and they invited us to partake in some of the festivities like the fresh oyster bar! It was straight out of a movie. Other than that night the neighborhood was calm and serene with a nearby beach we used to launch our kayak rental. The property manager Rich showed us around on the first day and was available for anything we needed. 5 bathrooms was an unexpected bonus for our large group. Wish there was more lounge seating but the large couch was super comfortable. Would def stay here again.
