The property is really attractive and comfortable. One comment: The signage is hard to see from the road, which is a highway. I don't know what more could be done, but something that gives a heads-up would help to prevent driving past the driveway and having to turnaround. ##### James A. David's place exceeded my expectations! Very smart design and layout. Quality craftmanship and attention to detail. Super clean. I wish my daughter and i could have stayed longer! Close enough to Middlebury College for this to be a great option for 2 people. David was very nice to stop by to introduce himself and see if we needed anything. Checking in and out of the property was simple! My fiancé and I were seeking a Christmas getaway in Vermont. We certainly found it! The property is in close distance to Brandon and Middlebury. Both towns have lots of dining options and shopping. We visited a brewery and winery. Our cottage in Leicester was pristine. Our host, David. was accommodating and friendly. The cottage is well built and you can see how much work David has put into it. The area is very quiet. Quite a change from NYC! If you have a sports fanatic with you, however, I’d suggest bringing an iPad so certain games can be accessed. David does provide a television and DVDS with a large selection of movies. There is no cable, but the internet is just fine. Thank you for your hospitality. David. We enjoyed our stay in Vermont. ##### Regina W.
