The property and the staff were amazing. My disappointment is with the Expedia site, and the fact that they went ahead and charged me, even though I only had the card on file for the reservation and I paid for the room in person at the hotel. Good thing I checked my bank account before I left, the hotel was kind enough to refund me their charge

The status was great. They have an excellent night manager. Pool is clean, kids enjoyed. Room wa in good shape, clean.

The pool was clean and the water slide was fun! The Variety of choices at the continental breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Overall a great stay!

The room was very clean. All of the public areas were also kept up very well. We loved the coffee machine in the lobby, what a treat! Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

All is good in the room, bed was very comfortable, clean etc. They are updating their hallway carpets which was a little untidy but I will absolutely look forward to the fresh conditions on my next trip in.

I stayed in a pet room and it was very clean. The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was good. The room could use some updating and the tile grout could use a bleaching.

Excellent hotel. Loved everything about it. Heather at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed chatting with her each time we went by the desk. We decided on a jacuzzi suite. We were not disappointed. The coffee machine in the lobby was a highlight also and the breakfast was incredible. Better than any hotel I’ve stayed at. Will definitely recommend your hotel and will be back next visit to Brandon !

We stayed for 1 night on our way through town. We got in right at 4pm and our room was ready and the check in staff was great. We tired our kids out at the pool for a few hours and the facilities were great! We had an early morning on the road so we were all in bed by 8pm and the hotel was quiet which was really nice! We got up early and had breakfast right when it opened at 6am and everything was delicious. The staff had everything ready and set up fresh. They were replenishing and refilling and taking away dishes all morning. On our way out one of our kids spilt a hot chocolate in our vehicle and the staff was great getting us some supplies to clean it up! Overall a great stay and the property was great and just what we needed for a quick stop! Staff was friendly and helpful!
