Les équipements du spa n’ouvrent pas avant midi et cela n’est pas indiqué sur hôtels.com alors que cela semble être le cas sur leur site. Lorsque on leur fait la remarque : il fallait regarder sur notre site ( c’est l’hôtel qui a la responsabilité de mettre à jour sur hôtels.com) Pas une seule indication en anglais dans l’hôtel, uniquement en allemand. Pas de rideau occultant dans la chambre , les lits doubles ne sont que 2 petits lit individuel rapprochés. Le parking de l’hôtel était gelé et il n’y avait pas de sel, il a fallu faire la remarque ou c’était une véritable patinoire afin qu’ils mettent du sel. Le peignoir dans la chambre était déchiré , il n’y a pas de chaussons ( pour un hôtel spa c’est moyen ) mais bon le but est de vendre les sandales de l’hôtel Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas au rdv.
