When building the house, conscious emphasis was placed on local materials such as wood and stone. The owners as well as the tourism operator grew up in Brand and have known the valley since childhood. This deep rootedness in the region characterises the Brandnerhus – tangible in the atmosphere, in the style and in the personal interaction with our guests. Equipment The spacious, modern and at the same time cosy holiday apartment in alpine style offers space for up to eight people and is ideal for families or friends who want to enjoy time together while still valuing privacy. The apartment has three bedrooms, each with its own shower room. Two bedrooms offer comfortable double beds and quiet retreats. The third bedroom is designed as a high-quality bunk bed room. Made of solid wood, with warm natural tones and clear lines, protected sleeping areas are created that are particularly popular with children and teenagers, while also conveying a sense of security to adults. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and let the day end at the large dining table. The balcony offers an unobstructed view of the Brandner mountain panorama – a place for quiet mornings and relaxed evenings. In the cosy seating area, it is wonderful to switch off, read or simply enjoy the silence. A special highlight of the Brandnerhus is the wellness area on the ground floor. Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath ensure soothing relaxation after active days in the mountains. The bright relaxation room with access to the outdoors invites you to pause between sauna sessions. Fresh, untreated Brandner spring water from the in-house well refreshes body and mind. Die Seitenablagen an der Kühlschranktür innen fehlten. Der Müllraum war überfüllt und das Objekt war nicht mal ausgebucht. Die kostenfreie Nutzung der Bergbahnen in der Umgebung ist nur in der Premiumcard enthalten, diese ist bei der Buchung dieses Objekts allerdings nicht includiert. Mehr als ein dickes Kompliment für den tollen Aufenthalt im Brandnerhus! Picobello-sauberes Appartement - in unserem Fall (5 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) einfach unschlagbare Zimmeraufteilung - genial für unsere 3 Parteien - jede nämlich mit eigenem WC / eigener Dusche/Bad en suite! Dazu gemütlicher und geräumiger Gemeinschaftswohnbereich mit exklusiver Ausstattung, die es einfach an nichts fehlen lässt, wenn man auch ein grösseres Abendessen zaubern möchte. Unbezahlbar auch die Lage direkt am Lift - vom genial durchdachten Skikeller mit beheizten Code-gesicherten Schränken direkt zur Gondel stiefeln. Auch die Parkplatzsituation ist einwandfrei und bietet darüber hinaus die Möglichkeit, das E-Auto sehr günstig zu laden. Der Ausstattung war anzumerken, dass sowohl bei den verwendeten Materialien als auch der Zimmerausstattung wirklich liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail geplant wurde - nachhaltige, langlebige und sehr hochwertige Räumlichkeiten! Es war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt! DANKE. Naher Skiliftzugang... Perfekt für Ferien mit Freunden. Apres Ski bar schliesst schon um 19 uhr... Leider abends keine ÖV mehr ins Dorf, wo was los ist, oder man was essen gehen kann. Großzügige Wohnung mit einem tollen Balkon und toller Aussicht. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Der Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern war sehr großzügig. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wohnung war sehr sauber. Buchung und Logistik war sehr einfach und reibungslos. Der SPA Bereich war sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dass es einen Bademantel und Badetücher gab, war perfekt. Stauraum in der Küche für Lebensmittel ist leider nicht vorhanden. Die Senseo-Kaffemaschine ist nicht "State of the art". Sehr langsam und die Kaffee-Sorten halten sich in Grenzen. Eine Nespresso ist nicht teurer, aber aus unserer Sicht deutlich besser. Garderobe für vier Personen sehr gut. Bei acht Personen sicherlich zu klein. Im Wohnzimmer fehlt es an Ablagefläche und Leselampen. Das Deckenlicht eignet sich nicht zum Lesen auf dem Sofa. In den Bädern und Zimmern würde wir noch mehr Haken sehen wollen. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch geschnitten. Da jedes der drei Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat, kann man auch prima als befreundete Familien mit genug Privatsphäre reisen. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sauber. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Brandnertal! Drei konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Tourismusunterlagen / Prospekte entweder im Zimmer oder im Erdgeschoss wären ergänzend zum online Portal hilfreich - wir haben die Wohnung u.a auch gebucht, da sie direkt gegenüber der Palüdbahn liegt - allerdings war diese noch geschlossen, die Dorfbahn im Zentrum war bereits geöffnet. Natürlich hätten wir uns besser informieren können, aber eine info bei Buchung wäre hilfreich gewesen - an allen Tagen waren die Parkplätze vor dem Haus bereits belegt - gegenüber auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz war noch genügend Platz. Im Winter könnte das wahrscheinlich anders sein. Eine Augenweide ist die Einrichtung: top Betten frisch bezogen, Bad mit separatem komfortablem. Dusch Sanitärbereich. Küchenausstattung samt Zubehör und Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Pads für die Kaffeemaschine und so weiter. Tolle Aussicht nach Brand und auf den Hausberg: Mottakopf und Schesaplana-Tal. Ruhige Lage mit Spaß. Parken bestens und ggf. die Palüdbahn. Hausbetreuung und Info-Hilfe inklusive. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr schön. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gern weiter. Größere Töpfe und Pfannen, damit das Kochen für 6-8 Personen leichter fällt.
