The property is definitely remote, but it was nice to have our own space. My youngest LOVED jumping in the pond every afternoon. Well water smelled heavily of sulfur but large water cooler was provided for drinking water. We stayed during a heavy heat wave with incredibly high humidity so the portable AC units served us well (no central air). We appreciated the washer and dryer. Our favorite was the welcoming decor for all walks of life. We had a varying age group but we all thought it was a perfect place. The only thing is the water does smell like sulfur (eggs).
